Cut down the startup time of Easy Diffusion by 4 seconds on warm start, and atleast 10 seconds on cold start. Removed a couple of unnecessary imports and ran a few things in parallel. Released this to the beta channel.

Implemented and tested another change (re-ordered startup process) that will improve the startup time by another 4 seconds. Will release that next week, because I want to watch for any adverse impacts from today’s changes in beta first.
